Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout using the product weight, dimensions, and destination. To calculate the cost of shipping, add items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart, then enter your address. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Domestic Shipping Details

USPS Domestic Shipping allows Solid Circuits to provide tracked and insured shipping on all domestic orders.

International Shipping Method Details

USPS First Class: Not insured and only tracked out of the US

DHL Express: Insured and tracked

Change of Address

The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only be made until the order begins processing. Solid Circuits cannot accommodate all address change requests. Solid Circuits takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Solid Circuits is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Solid Circuits is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Backorders

All products allowing backorders typically ship within 2 weeks of the order placement. If for any reason the lead times are longer than 2 weeks, you will be contacted and given the opportunity to receive a full refund for your order.

Returns & Refunds

If an issue is experienced with one of our products just email customer support at support@solidcircuits.net and we will try our best to help.

Products can be returned as long as they are in their original, undamaged and unused condition. Unfortunately, due to the small size of Solid Circuits, we are unable to offer free returns or provide return shipping. The customer is required to arrange shipment of the returned product and a processing fee of $15 will be deducted from the refund amount. To start a return, contact support@solidcircuits.net with your order number and any other related information.
